In the table below, you find the costs for the conference which includes:
- Participation in the scientific part (talks and posters)
- Welcome reception on Sunday 21.04.2024
- Lunch on Monday (22.04.2024), Tuesday (23.04.2024), and Wednesday (24.04.2024)
- Coffee/tea breaks
- Food during the conference dinner on Tuesday (23.04.2024)

Please note that the deadlines in the above table are for the payment received; just registration is not enough.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received by 31.01.2024 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 75% of the conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received from 01.02.2024 until 15.03.2024 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 50% of the conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received after 15.03.2024 (11:59 pm CET) or no-shows will receive no refund of the conference fee.
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at).
