In case of an active contribution (poster or talk), please send your abstract per email to:
Abstracts submitted till February 29th could be considered for an oral contribution. A couple of weeks before the conference we will notice if your abstract has been accepted as oral contribution or as poster.
Poster abstracts should be sent latest on March 10th. Please use the following word template for your abstract. Moreover, save the abstract in word with the last name of the presenting author in the filename and either poster or oral.
